What does Clinical Pilates look like?
Clinical Pilates at Body Fit Physiotherapy involves guided, low-impact exercises tailored to your individual needs. Sessions are led by qualified professionals and may include the use of mats, reformers, and resistance bands. Unlike regular fitness classes, Clinical Pilates focuses on controlled movement, breathing, and alignment to support recovery and prevent future injuries. Whether you're managing pain, building strength, or improving mobility, every session is designed to help you move better and feel stronger.
