At Body Fit Physiotherapy, we have a particular interest in cardiac rehabilitation and preventative programs. We’ve worked extensively with the Royal Adelaide Hospital and The Queen Elizabeth Hospital to optimise our programs for the management of cardiac conditions in the community.

Cardiac Rehabilitation Class
Conducted in the Rehabilitation Gym and will include the following:

Participation in a small group class allowing for the appropriate level of supervision and the ability for clients to ask questions as required

Continued education is performed during sessions

An individual program is designed for each client

Each client is provided with a heart rate monitor during the class, allowing them to be constantly monitored

Heart rate monitoring throughout sessions ensures you are working at the desired level and maximising obtained results

Class environment creates team morale and increased drive to exercise and reach individual goals
