Strength and Conditioning for Life
This service allows our clients to practise individual exercise regimes that have been designed specifically by their therapist for them. Clients can practice injury specific exercises in this specialised class to strengthen and condition their body. Additionally, each client’s fitness level, previous injuries and conditions are all taken into account in the development of their program. It becomes a fun and interactive way to work towards specific needs and goals in a team environment.
What can this look like?
- Clients have an Initial Assessment
- An individual exercise program is developed that the client can continue independently
Additionally, a client may continue and choose to
- Take part in weekly group sessions for closer monitoring of their unique program
- Clients will be reviewed periodically to reassess outcomes and set new goals
